Our firm was created as Stephen A. Macy, CPA in Cape Coral, Florida in July, 1985. Eventually that firm was incorporated into Stephen A. Macy, CPA, PA and relocated to the Tampa Bay area.  Continuing in its growth, in January, 2005 the firm acquired the Skalski CPA firm in Clearwater, Florida, and in July, 2006, the firm merged with Brenda R. Driggers, CPA, PA of St. Petersburg, Florida creating the firm of Macy & Driggers, CPA's, PA.  In August, 2007, the firm changed its name back to Stephen A. Macy, CPA, PA when Brenda Driggers moved out of Florida to pursue other interests.
